Miles Community College has been named by G.I. Jobs Magazine as a 2010 Military Friendly School. This special award was received after survey results and other data had been compiled from the Military Friendly School website.

This honor ranks Miles Community College in the top 15% of all colleges, universities and trade schools nationwide according to Rich McCormac, Publisher of G.I. Jobs Magazine. As a Military Friendly School, the College will be included with a basic listing in the magazine’s Guide to Military Friendly Schools, which is published in September 2009.
