Miles Community College welcomes on staff, Molly Fjell as the Assistant Coordinator for Student Life. Molly will be responsible for providing leadership and promoting learning in the residence halls.

Molly graduated from Miles Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) in Hotel Administration. Molly brings an abundance of experience to her new position. She has been the store manager for McDonald’s in Miles City, has held the position of Secretary for the Residential Hall Association Executive Board at UNLV, has managed a 24 hour desk at the Residence Hall, UNLV, has attended regional Pacific Association of College & Universities Residence Halls (PACURH) meetings and has hosted the No-frills training conference at UNLV for PACURH. Molly received the Silver Hat Award in Effective Management Practices Class, 2007; UNLVino Southern Wines/Spirits Endowment Recipient in 2001-02 and Student Services Leadership Scholarship in 2001-02; was on the National Dean’s list in 2000 and was on the All-American Dean’s list in 2000.

Molly is currently a student at the Yellowstone Valley Bible Institute and is active with a youth group at a local church. Her goals in her new position are to help shape and improve the community so it can continue to grow and expand and to offer mentor and leadership program opportunities for the students.
