If you are interested in learning to play the guitar, Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) is offering a class in “Beginning Guitar” on Monday evenings beginning November 9 through December 14 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Larry Hudson is the guitar class instructor. Textbook is included with this course.

This class is designed for anyone 13 years old or older who is interested in learning to play the guitar. Instruction will include:

• Basic Music Theory
• Basic Strums and Chords
• Introduction of the Notes of All 6 Strings Up to the Fifth Fret
• Performance Techniques
