The Miles Community College Building Construction program is soliciting project proposals for the 2009/2010 academic year. Proposals shall be filed with the Vice President of Academic Affairs at 2715 Dickinson Street, Miles City, MT 59327 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2009.

New construction will be given preference, as it most closely fits the curriculum. Proposals shall include:

• A detailed description of the project including plans.
• A material list or estimate of expected costs associated with the project and the party that will be responsible for covering those costs. If a bidder states that they will cover material costs up to a certain dollar amount of the project, the College will determine if the project can be completed for said costs in making their awarding decisions.
• Permits/approvals from the city or state depending on jurisdiction or recognition of this process to date if not completed.
• Location and/or address of the project.

The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, to evaluate the proposals submitted to the curriculum and to accept the proposals which best serves the interest of the building construction program.
