We all encounter difficult people or difficult situations at work, home or school. Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) is offering “Tool Kit For Conflict Prevention and Resolution” class Wednesday, November 4 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Stefani Hicswa will teach the class in room 106.

Through this workshop you will gain tools to understand the causes and remedies of defensiveness, cope with criticism, resolve conflict and defuse anger, build alliances, and listen to the other person’s perspective.
