New Building Technology Instructor Hired at MCC
 

Miles Community College is pleased to announce that Doug Martin has been hired as the interim Building Technology Instructor. Doug of Bullseye Enterprises LCC has been a general contractor 13 years. Prior to that Doug worked for the public works department for the City of Dutton. He started his career working as an apprentice for a custom homebuilder in Pennsylvania. Mr. Martin is eager to teach his students the construction trade industry and to enable them to become productive employees for local contractors or encourage them to become contractors.

Doug’s wife Brenda teaches Chemistry at Custer County District High School. They have two children, Mason and Faith.

Doug is chairman of the Board of Directors at Community First Federal Credit Union. He is a member of Grace Bible Church. Doug enjoys volunteering for the Fun2U community aquatic center effort, planning building improvements, growth opportunities and fundraising.

Doug’s interests include fishing, hunting, horses, cow work and following his children around in sports and activities.
