Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) will be offering offer the class “Beginning Cake Decorating” to be held Monday and Tuesday evenings, March 15 and March 16 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the MCC conference room. Nikki Logan is the course instructor. Discover how fun and easy decorating cakes can be. Learn to make and spread frosting; create frosting borders and flowers as well as writing with frosting. The second night of class will be devoted to decorating an actual cake that you may take home and enjoy.
