The Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) will host the class “ArcGIS III/ Workflow and Analysis Training”, Thursday April 29 and Friday, April 30 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in room 314. Dr. Van Shelhamer will teach both classes. This course teaches how to apply ArcGIS tools to data stored in a geodatabase. The workflow presented in this course is applicable to all types of GIS analysis. Major topics covered in the course are: geodatabase behavior, importing data into a geodatabase, editing data, aligning spatial data, working with geoprocessing tools and settings, data analysis, working with model builder and complete analysis on projects.
