Miles Community College’s Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) is offering “Customer Service Training” class, Thursday, May 20. Sharlene Wallace will be teaching the class from 9:00 am to noon in room 317. This class offers a wide range of topics to enhance your customer service skills. Topics include defining customer service, telephone skills, verbal and nonverbal skills, appropriate dress codes and much more! Class is designed for those participants interested in acquiring or improving good customer service skills. This class would be a great opportunity for local businesses also!
