Would you like to save at least 50% on your grocery bill? This level of savings is not only possible, but easy to exceed when you use a few simple shopping strategies! Miles Community College Center for Distance Education and Community Outreach (DECO) will offer the class “Stretch Your Grocery Dollar” on Thursday June 17 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm in room 317. Instructing the class will be Tana Whicker.

In this class, you will learn how to plan weekly menus and shopping lists, how to acquire, organize and combine coupons with sale prices for rock-bottom savings (including freebie!), and how to build-up a three month supply of nonperishable food and household items…all while slashing your grocery bill. We will bust some coupon myths, teach you how to create your own price book, and provide you with a packet of resources that will help you on your path to huge grocery savings!
