Business Office

The Miles Community College Business Office is located in the James P. Lucas Hall across from Financial Aid and Student Services. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Budgeting and Cashiering are the primary functions of the Business office. For your convenience, the business office window is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tuition and fees may be paid at the window or through the mail – Miles Community College 2715 Dickinson Street Miles City, MT 59301. We can be contacted via phone at 406-874-6159.

Information Technology

Miles Community College maintains a IT Support office for Students, Faculty and Staff located in Room 318. Technicians are available to help with Internet connection, basic computer troubleshooting and support

Facility Services

Miles Community College is committed to providing a safe and productive learning environment. Staff are on hand daily to maintain the facilities and students can contact Student Services if a facility issue arises.

Asset Disposal – From time to time Miles Community College may dispose of assets deemed obsolete, undesirable or unsuitable for school purposes. Any current assets available for sale may be found at milescc.edu/sale
