This certificate is designed to develop the skills necessary
for an individual entering the service industry.
Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to:
- Utilize Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel,
Power Point and Access;
- Explain laws that apply to the business environment;
- Identify key Marketing techniques for functional
marketing campaigns;
- Develop sales skills for the retail environment;
- Utilize proper service techniques to effectively work
with customers;
- Identify elementary business psychology, behavior
characteristics, and personality traits;
- Develop key business communication skills.
