| Miles Community College takes pride in having provided excellence in education for the past 70-plus years. We believe that learning is the cornerstone of an empowered life. One reason for MCC’s continued success is the support that we have received from generous donors like you, who have contributed their time, talent and financial support over the years.
On Saturday, October 29, 2011, the Miles Community College Endowment will host its Third Annual Main Event, “Night of Knowledge.” A key component of our festivities will be raising funds for student scholarships, to which many MCC friends generously donate on a yearly basis. We will also tell you the secret behind how MCC beats the Cats and the Griz.
By providing scholarships for students, you make a positive impact by helping us attract the best and brightest students to MCC and our community. Investing in our future leaders enhances our entire community and bolsters the quality of our nation. MCC is well positioned with the flexibility to meet the educational needs of our local workforce. The stronger our workforce, the more our economy thrives.
We are asking you to consider becoming a sponsor or purchasing tickets to this season’s Main Event in support of our cause: MCC Endowment Student Scholarship Fund. Different sponsorship levels are available and tickets are $75 each. By supporting our MCC Endowment Main Event, you will help to ensure that Miles Community College remains a vital part of our community. Your support strengthens MCC's commitment to "promote student success and lifelong learning."
