Student Groups
Forensics Club
The MCC Forensics Club meets once a month on a weekend day. During the meeting students use hands on methods to explore the science behind modern forensics. Past topics have included blood spatter, determining sex and height from bones, and ballistics.

Multicultural Club
The MCC Multicultural Club incorporates students from other countries, the Native American population, and any students interested in learning more about other cultures. The club was formed to orient new foreign students to the MCC campus and to share cultural experiences with the students and the community. All students and faculty are welcome to join.

Music Club
The college chorus consists of members from the community and college students. Choral performances are a regular part of the college activity scene.

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
Membership is obtained by earning a 3.5 GPA in at least twelve credit hours.  Members meet monthly to organize community service activities. More than 400 institutions in 44 states and provinces provide more than $28 million in scholarships exclusively to Phi Theta Kappa members. Each year over $150 thousand in scholarships are awarded to members.

PSI Beta
PSI Beta is a national honor society in psychology for students at the community college level. It requires the completion of general psychology with a B, and a 3.0 cumulative grade average. Miles Community College is the first community college in Montana to have this prestigious honor society on campus.

Religious Organizations
The MCC Campus Christian Ministry sponsors a Christian Fellowship group which supplies an outlet for students and faculty to share a few of their thoughts and beliefs in addition to numerous social events and activities.

Rodeo Club
One of the most active groups on campus, this club promotes horsemanship for recreation and entertainment.  The MCC Rodeo Club promotes our western heritage through activities sponsored for the campus and community and supports a competing team in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association.  The MCC rodeo team competes in the Big Sky Region, hosts the Miles Community College Stampede every year, and sponsors "The High Class Buckaroo Bash," and the "MCC Bullarama" to raise monies for rodeo scholarships.

Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors help promote a positive image of Miles Community College and serve as representatives of the College to prospective students, the community, and the student body.  For more information on becoming a Student Ambassador, call Jeralee at 874-6178 or stop by Student Services.
