MCC to Offer Athletic Season Passes to Area First Responders

The Miles Community College Athletic Department has announced an initiative to provide free Pioneer Athletics 2020-2021 lifetime season passes to area first responders and members of the military. The program was created as a way for MCC and Pioneer Athletics to say thank you to those who serve, protect, and care for our community and country.

The discount is extended to active first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical services and local healthcare providers, as well as active duty service members, reserves, veterans, and retired service members.

“This is just a small way that we can give back and show our appreciation for the men and women in our community who have and continue to sacrifice so much, all for the good of our community,” said Miles Community College President, Ron Slinger. “Our campus and our students are thankful for the ongoing support we receive from our area first responders.”

Individuals or entities interested in receiving their complimentary season pass should contact MCC Athletic Director Jerry Olson at 406.874.6181 or olsonj@milescc.edu.

Founded in 1939, Miles Community College (MCC) was established as the first community college in the state of Montana.
