Pioneer Preview Days are our campus visit program for high school students considering Miles Community College. These full-day group visit programs provide the most comprehensive look at the College and give visitors a chance to experience life as an MCC student. Most students who visit are in the 11th or 12th grade, but younger high school students are welcome, too. Students and their guests will have the opportunity to tour campus and the residence halls, have lunch in the MCC Cafe, meet with admissions and financial aid personnel, talk with academic advisors and coaches, and hear what current MCC students are saying about life on campus. Schedule a customized campus tour and visit that is tailored to your individual needs in your college search process. All visits include a guided campus tour, led by an MCC Student Ambassador, and an admissions information session with our Admissions Counselor. You may also choose to meet with Financial Aid staff, tour the residence halls, or meet with an academic program advisor or athletic coach. Individual visits are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, year-round. Due to holidays, college breaks, and other campus events, there may be dates on which we are unable to accommodate requests for individual visits. Not ready to visit in-person? No problem. Using Zoom for this virtual admission session, you’ll be able to meet face-to-face with our Admissions Counselor, who can answer your questions about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, programs of study, housing, student life, and more. We can also help arrange for Zoom meetings with faculty advisors, coaches, or other college personnel.

Miles Community College welcomes groups to tour our campus, including groups of K-12 students for field trips or other special programs. Your visit will consist of a guided campus tour led by an MCC Student Ambassador, and an optional Q&A session with admissions personnel. Other meetings or sessions are also available by request.

Due to holidays, college breaks, and other campus events, there may be dates on which we are unable to accommodate requests for group tours, or when some features or individual departments may be unavailable.
