Visit MCC

There's no better way to learn about Miles Community College than through a campus visit! Prospective students and their families are invited to experience Miles Community College in person and discover the many opportunities available, and get a feel for our amazing campus! You can choose to attend a Pioneer Preview Day event, or you can schedule an individual campus visit.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Campus Visits
For your safety and ours, we have implemented the following protocols for all Campus Visits and Tours:

  • Campus visits are limited to one student or family at a time – this means individual students and their immediate family members only. We are not able to host large group tours or multiple students/families at times other than Pioneer Preview Day.
  • While there is no campus wide mask requirement, MCC is strongly encouraging students, employees and guests to consider helping to protect our community by wearing a face covering indoors. Please note that there may be some offices or classrooms where students and guests are required to wear a mask, per the preference of the individual staff member.
  • For the safety of our current students living on campus, we are unable to provide tours of our residence halls at this time. In the meantime, visit our Residence Halls page to view photos and learn more about on-campus living.
  • If you have exhibited any COVID-19-related symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with these symptoms, please do not schedule a visit until after 14 days of your last exhibited symptom or 14 days after last being exposed to the individual demonstrating the symptoms.

Pioneer Preview Days

Pioneer Preview Days are our campus visit program for high school students considering Miles Community College. These full-day group visit programs provide the most comprehensive look at the College and give visitors a chance to experience life as an MCC student. Most students who visit are in the 11th or 12th grade, but younger high school students are welcome, too. Students and their guests will have the opportunity to tour campus and the residence halls, have lunch in the MCC Cafe, meet with admissions and financial aid personnel, talk with academic advisors and coaches, and hear what current MCC students are saying about life on campus. To sign up to attend a Pioneer Preview Day, use the registration link below, or contact us at 1.800.541.9281 or 406.874.6101 or Pre-registration is requested for Pioneer Preview Days so that we may plan appropriately for meals.
