Medical Permissive Levy Public Hearing
Notice of Medical Permissive Levy
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to MCA 7-1-2121 and 2-9-212, that the Board of Trustees of Miles Community College (MCC), will hold a public hearing to receive comments from the public on the Board’s intention to levy for the permissive medical levy. The permissive medical levy funds group health insurance premium contributions for College employees and is not subject to the statutory limitations on increases in College mill levies.
A public hearing will be held on the 12th day of April, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. at Miles Community College, 2715 Dickinson, Miles City, MT, in room 106. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
Written comments may be sent directly to MCC at 2715 Dickinson St, c/o President’s Office, Miles City, MT 59301 or by completing the form on the right. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2022 and will be reviewed by Trustees prior to the April 25th Board of Trustee meeting.
