Associate Dean of Instruction and eLearning: Full Description (PDF)
Miles Community College is seeking a full-time Associate Dean of Instruction and eLearning.  The position is responsible for providing overarching leadership to the design, quality development, delivery and assessment of courses, particularly in all eLearning delivery formats including fully online, hyflex, blended, and video conferencing.  The Associate Dean will assist the Vice President of Academic Affairs in the oversight of course scheduling and program scope and sequence.  

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in related field.  Two to four years’ experience with online instruction and curriculum development. Two-year or community college teaching experience preferred. Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e. Canvas, Black Board, etc.).  Proven skills in database management, Microsoft Office software, and communication to include written and verbal presentations, phone exchanges, and electronic correspondence.

Enrollment Services Technician: Full Description (PDF)
Miles Community College is seeking applications for the position of Enrollment Services Technician. This position provides general assistance and support as well as oversees the day-to-day operations of the Student Services office, including phone/switchboard, distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail and package service, internal mail, etc. This position is responsible for the creation, data entry, and maintenance of enrollment records and student records ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with state and federal laws and policies.  The Enrollment Services Technician will provide customer service to prospective and current students, college employees, or outside contacts providing information and answering questions

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or two years of college or related work experience. Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to include phone exchanges and all forms of written and electronic correspondence. Proven skills in data management and proficient with Microsoft Office software. Customer services skills and the ability to work independently in fast paced environment. Experience with Banner or other student information system preferred

Women’s Basketball Coach: Full Description (PDF)
Miles Community College is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The coach is responsible for organizing, directing, supervising and administrating all phases of a NJCAA Division I women’s basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment of qualified potential student athletes, budget preparation and management, supervision of part-time assistant coach, directing practice and conditioning sessions, in game coaching, participation in department fundraising activities, participation in department community outreach initiatives, adherence to all NJCAA, MonDak Conference and MCC policies and procedures.  
Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications:
This position requires an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred.   Coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Proven skills in working with athletic club boosters, fundraising and working within a predetermined budget.  Effective public and interpersonal communication skills are also required.

Clinical Sim Coordinator & CRRN: Full Description (PDF)
Miles Community College is currently accepting applications for full-time Clinical Sim Coordinator & CRRN.  This position is a 10-month staff position and will plan, operate, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the nursing skills lab, simulator lab, and clinical schedule as well as facilitate educational instruction and interventions within the clinical setting. The coordinator will work collaboratively with the Nursing Program Director and Nursing Faculty to ensure safe and effective use of the simulation lab and skills lab and create, coordinate, and maintain individual student clinical rotation schedules. Within the CRRN capacity a designated clinical site will be assigned, but instruction of clinicals can occur at any site as it may be required to fill in as needed.   

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Nursing preferred, Associates degree require. Five years of direct patient care is preferred to include, but not limited to: Med/Surgical unit, OB unit, or Long-Term Care unit, will consider two years. Demonstrate proven skills in oral and written communication, organizational skills, ability to coordinate and prioritize workload, ability to maintain strict confidentiality and experience in teaching adult learners. Must hold unencumbered registered nurses license in the State of Montana.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor of Nursing preferred. Associates degree required. A clinical resource registered nurse (CRRN) is an RN with an unencumbered nursing licenses who provide supervision, demonstration, and collaborative evaluation performance in a clinical or laboratory setting.
