Dining Services Assistant-Line Cook: Full Description (PDF)Miles Community College is currently accepting applications for a full-time Dining Services Assistant-Line Cook. This is a 9-month contract with benefits available for 12 months. This position is responsible for assisting the Dining Services Director in all aspects of the food service operations to promote customer satisfaction and to maximize profitability. Duties of this position include:
ensuring food is professionally prepared and served, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating catering services.
This individual will serve as line cook responsible for the grill and fryer during some lunch hours and primarily for dinner hours (12:00pm-8:00pm). Summer employment opportunities may be available.
Qualifications:Qualifications include high school diploma/high school equivalency and appropriate work experience. Effective leadership and organizational skills are highly preferred. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet food service and campus wide objectives. Employees should complete ServSafe training within the first six months of employment.

Qualifications:Bachelor of Nursing preferred. Associates degree required. A clinical resource registered nurse (CRRN) is an RN with an unencumbered nursing licenses who provide supervision, demonstration, and collaborative evaluation performance in a clinical or laboratory setting.
